24: Detroit Pistons
The Detroit Pistons kept practically the same jerseys moving forward. The jerseys are nice, and it allows fans to really keep their old ones. Maybe they want to hold on to their jerseys to keep it legendary? Who knows.
The Pistons jerseys aren’t too bad though. They have some different colors in them, just not that much style.
There’s a grey jersey too which is a cool change. And in the right corner they have Flagstar Bank which is their sponsor.
23: Los Angeles Clippers
The other Los Angeles team; that would be the Clippers. Their jerseys are alright, not a drastic change from before. There’s your basic colors with Clippers across the chest, nothing too crazy. They’re still nice. The only thing that may bother Clippers fans is that their away jerseys don’t say Los Angeles. But, maybe it’s because whenever anyone sees Los Angeles basketball jerseys they immediately think about the Lakers. Maybe the new jerseys prove even more so that the Lakers are the dominant Los Angeles team.
22: Toronto Raptors
Maybe the Toronto Raptors need to go back to the old school purple jerseys with the dinosaur on them to succeed. Even when they clinch the no. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference, they still manage to struggle in the playoffs. And maybe the reason why they don’t have the old school jerseys is so that fans don’t associate them with the old school Raptors. The new Raptors jerseys are a lot quieter in design, with not much thought put into creating them.
21: Orlando Magic
Thank Disney for becoming a sponsor for the Orlando Magic and going on their jersey, because that in itself will help sell a lot of jerseys.
The jerseys are practically the same, but the magical corner will have Disney fans dying to get these jerseys.
If you purchase or renew your annual pass at Amalie Arena, you actually get a free Magic jersey. So, adding the Disney logo to the Magic’s jersey is the best thing this team could have done for their jerseys.
20: Utah Jazz
We’ve hit the top 20, which means the jerseys are starting to get nicer. The Utah Jazz’s common jerseys have a musical note that stretches out the “J” in Jazz, which is a cool logo spread across the jersey. They also have a new jersey that is different shades of red into yellow, which is kind of weird, considering their colors are blue green and yellow.
The jerseys are still pretty cool, with a unique design to them. A lot of old school music fans may like these jerseys.
19: San Antonio Spurs
Black is in style, which is why these jerseys are higher than they may be on another list. No changes to the new jerseys, except for some reason, the Nike logo makes these jerseys look slightly better. Having Nike on all these jerseys make them look nicer just knowing it’s coming from a reputable company. Also, the black camouflage jerseys are a cool addition. If only they wore those ones consistently, the Spurs would definitely be higher on this list.
